Easy to say and very hard to deliver unless you build with Kris Waldron. We needed to build a back deck and engaged Kris early in the piece and he worked with us right through the engineering and certification stage. This was an unexpected surprise and sure saved us time and money (and some grief!) Kris and his team did a “perfect” job on the deck and we had some fun along the way. All was explained at each stage and the site was kept clean. Many friends have commented on the fantastic job and even my engineer mate still cannot believe the attention to detail and all the little extras that should go into a job like this. He is highly skilled with timber construction and the quality of the work is very good. Kris is a great communicator and project management, with the project coming in on time despite extra works and unforeseen issues that crop up in any modification & extension project.
